What was the First American solution?
We urged the agent to urge the client to take steps on to eliminate caffeine, which controlled palpitations. Additionally, an echo showed that her heart was structurally normal. We worked with the carrier to get them to offer Standard Non-Smoker to make the competitive difference.
What was the outcome?
Credits given to reduce rating from Table 2 to Standard. Secured $1.5 million term policy at $2,968 annual premium.
